Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

We process orders from Monday to Friday. All orders received before noon (12 noon) will be prepared and shipped the same day. After this deadline, they will be prepared and shipped the next business day.

The delivery time then depends on the shipping method chosen. Lancaster also informs its customers that these deadlines do not apply on weekends and public holidays.

In the event of special promotions (clearance sales, private sales, Christmas period), the delivery time may be extended by a further 48 to 72 hours. Due to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, delivery times may be extended. We apologize and thank you for your patience.

  • Colissimo Domicile with signature - 2 to 3 working days, 6€ for all orders under 69€
  • Colissimo collection point - 2 to 3 working days, 5€ for all orders under 69€
  • DHL Express - 1 to 2 working days, 15€ for any order

UNION INTERNATIONAL
European Union

  • Colissimo Domicile with signature EU - 3 to 4 working days, 10€ for all orders under 99€
  • DHL Express Worldwide EU - 1 to 2 working days, 15€ for any order

Customs charges may be applied upon receipt of the package. These fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. For the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the United States, Lancaster covers the customs charges.

RETURNS
RETURN CONDITIONS

You may exercise your right of withdrawal (refund) within fourteen days from the date of delivery of the Products.

This right of withdrawal can be exercised provided that the returned products meet all the following criteria:
  • They must not have not been worn
  • They must not have not suffered any damage
  • They must be returned in their original packaging
  • They must be complete and in the same condition as when they were delivered

To prevent the products from being damaged during the return transit, items must be protected by sending them back in their original packaging or in a study cardboard box. Any product delivered in a protective cover must be returned inside its cover. Failure to do so will result in your refund being refused.

The return shipping costs, amounting to €5, are the responsibiity of the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If the ordered items do not meet your expectations, you will be refunded using the same payment methode used during the purchase. We do not offer exchanges or credit notes.

In the event of receiving a damaged item, you have 48 hours from the receipt of your order to initiate a claom with our after-sales service at the email : sav@lancaster.com Return requests should not be made throught the website.

RETURN PROCEDURE

For orders returned from France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands or Portugal : 
  1. Click on Make a request for return below or click on the link at the bottom of the page: Contact us > Make a return
  2. You will have to fill in the information relating to the requested return
  3. You will be able to generate and print the Chronopost return label
  4. All that remains is for ou to drop off your package at your local post office or a Chronopost drop-off point.

The return voucher must be used within 10 calendar days from the date of issuance of the document

You can track your return package using the tracking number provided on the return voucher. The processing of your return (verification and refund) will be completed within 24 to 72 business hours upon receipt of your return package. 

For orders returned from another European country : 
Returns from other countries must be requested via email to contact@lancaste.com, indicating the order number. The return process will then be provided, the package must be prepaud by the customer, and the costs will be at their expense.



REFUND AFTER A RETURN

In the event of a full return of the order, LANCASTER will refund the order in full.

In the event of a partial return of the order, the original delivery costs will not be refunded.

Processing time for returns: 3 to 4 working days.

The order will be refunded as soon as the package has been received, processed and released by LANCASTER.

Deadline for refund: 5 to 7 working days.

The refund will be made via the means of payment used for the order.
